This is an integrated management system that includes modules for production, purchasing, stock management and delivery. Axapta enables our operations teams to control and organize its activities.


Each cold room and fridge is equipped with Temptrak temperature reading cells that enable live monitoring and recording of temperature. This incorporates an issues escalation module and an emergency response via SMS and email.


This is our integrated Human Resources system providing efficient management of personal files, payroll and employee training.

GPS Fleet Management

Food transport is monitored via GPS to enable the accurate tracking of vehicles. This system supports our HACCP processes through the integration of temperature readings during transport. The preventative maintenance of our fleet is incorporated and is part of our ISO certification process.

  • Royal Catering was nominated by ADFCA' EHS Center for the implementation of EHSMS ,which was approved in September 2013. We volunteered to be one of the first caterers to go for the new HACCP program audit
  • Successfully implemented ISO 9001. These standards/systems are carefully monitored by our dedicated Hygiene and Quality team
  • Approved by ADFCA for the EFST equivalency; all the EFST training of employees is done in-house by our dedicated training department
