Fully HACCP & ISO 22000:2018 certified,We use the ‘Temptrak’ temperature control system that monitors our goods from the point of receipt to the point of pre-service. In addition, all our vehicles are fitted with a GPS monitoring system that tracks all movements within the fleet to ensure efficiency and optimal temperature of transported goods.

In 2012, we implemented an Information Technology Management System to support our growth and expansion.

Royal Catering Services LLC is fully certified in International Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Management Systems beside local OHS system based on OSHAD/ADPHC authorities.
Royal Catering Services LLC integrated all quality standards into a comprehensive Integrated Management System (IMS) which is effectively implementing in all locations in catering services, hospitality services, events and restaurant services, operations activities, and facilities management services in onshore and offshore operations.

Our Abu Dhabi and Dubai services operate from our state of the art central kitchen. Our HACCP certified 3,000 square metre facility complies with the highest local and international hygiene standards and has the capacity to produce 60,000 meals a day.

We have a number of dedicated zones in our central kitchen where specialized teams operate within their area of expertise; these include our Emirati kitchen and our dedicated chocolate room.
